Space Saving Dual Chamber Electric Heat Treat Furnace

High temperature upper chamber 400º – 2200º F.
Bottom annealing oven 100 º- 1200º F.

 
Space saver Electric Heat Treat Furnace with Separate Hardening and Drawing Chambers
Digital readout, microprocessor based Watlow controllers-one high limit and  one standard on each chamber.
SCR Power Controllers and Temperature Controls are mounted on the side for ready access and service.
Heavy duty, low watt density elements for maximum heating element life located in the top, bottom and both sides of the heating chamber.
Safety door switch interlock for power control. Power is off when upper chamber opens.
Swing out, gasket sealed, plug type upper door with cam lock.
Heat resistant chrome-nickel-alloy hearth plate.
Heating elements enclosed in preformed insulating panels provide fast
heating and easy replacement. Panels are backed up with high temperature
castable cement for maximum insulating value.
Heavy steel plate fabricated furnace shell.
Recirculating fan and inner chamber liner are heat resistant chrome nickel steel on lower chamber.
Heavy duty fan assures uniform temperature in draw chamber.

Optional features which must be ordered separately:

402672  Programmable Watlow controller, 256 step,40 profile, ramp and soak memory.  High definition LCD interface, real time clock and battery backup.  Must specify which chamber this is needed on.

003894-O  Audible alarm bell to signal either the end of cycle or as an over-temperature alarm. (Requires programmable controller option.)

003875-O  Revolving alarm light to signal either the end of cycle or as an over-temperature alarm. (Requires programmable controller option.)
